The literal translation in Latin is “this for that”. This is a type of sexual harassment where someone asks for sexual favours in exchange for any kind of professional assistance. This professional assistance could include negotiations such as pay, benefits, job role. An example of this could be a manager saying to an employee that they will review their current salary favourably if they go out on a date.
