Penalty – non-compliance of PoSH law

The penalty for non-compliance with the PoSH law is a fine of Rs 50,000 payable to the government body conducting the audit. Companies have also been penalised on a compound basis depending on the extent and impact of their non-compliance. Repeated non-compliance may also lead to withdrawal or suspension of the company’s operation license in India.
