Furthermore, a report by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) revealed that workplace harassment charges reached a record high in recent years, with a notable increase in complaints related to sexual harassment. This highlights the critical importance of implementing robust policies for preventing and addressing harassment in the workplace.

Following extensive discussions and feedback from employees like Ila, Nikhil, and Elizabeth, Alpha Technologies embarked on a journey to develop tailor-made legal policies. The involvement of all stakeholders ensured that the policies addressed the unique needs and concerns of the workforce.
