The Sexual Harassment of Women at the Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 or the PoSH Act 2013 creates certain compliance requirements for employers in India.
The compliances for employers under the PoSH Act 2013 include:
- Implementing a standalone PoSH Policy
Employers shall implement a Policy that covers sexual harassment at the workplace and is in line with the PoSH Act 2013.
- Internal Committee
Employers with ten or more employees are required to form an Internal Committee to redress complaints of sexual harassment at the workplace. IC members must be trained adequately every calendar year.

- Awareness sessions

- Annual report
An annual report shall be filed at the end of each calendar year with details regarding the implementation of PoSH, the Internal Committee and its functioning
